Well, after 11 months my truck is finally in the garage. I guess I can change my forum name now too 
Here's a breakdown of each step of the process, meant to generally help give some peace of mind (or aggravation) for those of you that are still waiting (get it?) like I was for so, so long.
Just to let you guys know, I received 0 e-mails from Ford during the whole process. 0 communication other than from my dealer.
Order Date: 10/12/2021
Order Confirmed: 10/15/2021
In Production: 07/24/2022
Built: 07/28/2022
Shipped: 08/04/2022 (Never reflected this on the tracker, I only found out because I called my salesman)
Arrived at Dealer: 09/01/2022 (Same thing, not reflected on tracker. Was sitting at Orlando railyard for 3 weeks before getting loaded onto a convoy. Arrived at dealer same day as loaded on convoy.)
I got lucky and they did the PID the same day cause of how long I've been waiting.
Lastly, I wanted to mention that when the truck came it had no spray in bed liner. Ford removed this option without notifying me. I did not get charged for it, but it was listed on my original order sheet as well as one of the previous window stickers on the tracker. It was changed at some point along the way.
Only mods so far is 5% tint all around and 45% on the windshield. I have an Evil Manufacturing Frame Cut Bumper and a Full Race Gen 2 Intercooler (it fits) waiting for install. Will make a post in the what did you do to your raptor today thread when I get them installed sometime next week hopefully.
The truck is nuts. I would wait again. If you're concerned about waiting but for sure have an allocation, please just wait. It will be so worth it the first time you get in the truck.
