Desperate for a part

We have a 2018 Raptor 6 cyl. It needs a new front differential. Ford cannot say when they can deliver a replacement. Does anyone know where we can find an after market, rebuilt, etc to get the truck rolling until Ford comes through? It is critical this truck gets back on the road quickly. Thanks in advance.

Is the front diff the same as a f150? Think it's just an 8.8 with torsen limited slip ( if optioned so) and 4.10s. No?

I have not been under the truck in a while to look, but couldn’t you unbolt the driveshaft pull the diff and cv axles, and just run in 2wd for the time being? Or is there a slip yoke on the front of the transfer case?
