Desert "balloon" tires

I could see running these on the front only, but never on the rear, if you were strictly sand driving, I would put paddle tires on the back, no brainer. Takes less than 5 minutes to swap out rear tires for a day at the dunes.

I've been contemplating getting a set but im not sure where to begin as there is no clear thread about what you need to run them or which brand is the best and.

anyone know about these? do i need to change wheels as well?
