Deleted stock exhaust Resonator and Muffle. Straight 3'' pipe

Here is what it sounds like at an Idle and I did a run with 3'' straight pipe!
I personally don't like it! It is way too loud for me and I don't like the sound at all!
Removed the Tornado out of the intake tubes.
I have ordered a couple of 4'' round Magnaflow #14419 mufflers. Magnaflow is not as High pitch as Gibson from what I can hear on youtube! I want independent free flowing exhaust without too much High pitch. If I don't like it, I will go back to the drawing board. One thing I have found is that the sound in person is much louder than on Youtube. The Youtube video drops the decimals! Most importantly, we all have a different taste in sound, so we all will have to find what tickles our Ear...lol

Walker SS Quiet Flow mufflers will fix the issue. You get performance and you don't here the v6 sound. This will be the best option for the Raptor.

That's too loud man ! At least add a muffler to reduce the sound

Go back to your Gen 1 6.2L page and crow how great your 6.2l sounds!
I will agree and many others will agree that the 6.2L sounds better! But that is all you have over the Gen 2! It is funny how you 6.2L guys ride that one thing that your 6.2L has to the ground!
The Gen 2 owners are working and sharing to find the best sound for a V6! It is never going to sound like a V8 period! If anyone thinks that it is they should sell their Gen 2 and buy a 6.2L!
I bought the Gen 2 for it many options and there is so much power to be gained from the Gen 2. The Gen 2 wins in 9 out of 10 categories against the 6.2L!

I believe that 10th category is reliability. The ecoboost has proven unreliable and problematic over the years. So, I will keep my gen 1 purely for that.... not sound, not speed... I know it will run forever

Wow! I don't think this 2012 Raptor owner feels the same way you do!
I can find problems with any Raptor from any year!

Gen 1 was a modified f150 with proven engines!
Gen 2 is a completely new design! There will be some roll out issues, Ford will get them fixed and I will take mine in for any factory upgrades or improvements!
I think that all Raptors are bad ass! Don't be a hater! In a couple of years, ford will get these Ecoboost dialed in and who knows? You may be purchasing one!

Please, elaborate more on how the tuned up 6.2L for the G1 is different than Jennifer's tuned up 3.5EB. It's not a new design. It's just a high output version, just like the 6.2L for the old truck was a H.O. version.
