Deavers/Bumpstop

I managed to break one of my leafs in my stock leaf stack and am patiently waiting for my new leafs to arrive from Deavers (L83HD's). This is the first time running Deavers. Looking under the truck I noticed that removing the "block" under the stock leaf to make room for the HD leafs from Deavers will also eliminate the stock bumpstop plate as they are one piece. What are you guys doing to address this?
