Probably because many of us had original August and September build dates. Hasnt everyone been waiting 6 months now?
Exactly, my build dates went from the week of 9/6, to a build day of 8/23, then 8/25, then to a build week of 10/17, then a build day of 10/14 and finally 10/11. The 10/11 is the actual blend date. It's been sitting for almost 2 months now.

I spoke to FP yesterday via chat and they said the truck was produced but not released from the plant....basically still in production. I ordered the hard cover and the spray in bedliner on mine....so at this point its either still fender flares, chips or the hard cover holding it up. Spoke with the dealer and they have the same info I have. My guess is over/under Jan/Feb before the truck arrives.

I remember the good old days, back when I had a build date of July 29. I was younger then. I still believe I’m getting a truck in 2021, which makes me older and just as naive.

This is an earnest question, do any of you have a limit where the truck sits so long that you wouldn’t pay full price (or ADM’s) for it at this point?
I’m not going to demand a discount at any point. But if 2/1/22 rolls around with no truck, I’ll probably cancel the order.

For me... I will wait for a while. But like the previous post, I have a limit.... just not sure what it is just yet. Supposed get mine at MSRP... may ask for some discount if it gets too far into 2021... but not expecting it.

Kind of a loaded question. Theres not really much wiggle room with when you're dealing with a Raptor, in these times, under this administration. If you don't want to wait its basically "tough s***, the next guy in line will buy it"
If this was 2017 and I was shopping for a Toyota Camry and placed an order that didn't arrive until the next MY then yea, I would probably be a little upset and see what I could wiggle out of the dealer.

Not a lot of leverage to demand anything. There’s a long line of people happy to take your order from you if you don’t want it. And the wait for a 22 will be longer at that point. There’s really no stock in a model year older from a value perspective. You could cancel obviously. That’s all you. But there’ll be plenty of people ready to snatch up your built brand new Raptor

You have to look on your window sticker it will say convoy or rail.

Havent been able to see the window sticker for some time but the last I saw it said convoy. My dealer says all of its trucks come by rail
