Deals on 2017 Raptors?

Maybe a stupid question but are any dealers selling raptors for msrp (or better)? Preferably on the west coast. All the dealers here in Seattle have a crazy mark up

Update: I posted this for my buddy who ended up finding one in Ohio for msrp. Not sure the dealer.
