Dealer order and production timing

I am talking to a dealer who says they have an order in for an R and an allocation for it to get built. I have a copy of the order sheet that says it was ordered on 6/29 and I have an order number on that sheet. The dealer is telling me that they have been told it should go into production the last week of August.
I know there have been massive delays, but based on some other threads it sounds like the ball is rolling again with production and deliveries.
Are they blowing smoke? Is there anyway that orders are getting turned out that fast now?

Ford is definitely producing these on a higher rate, my dealers all remaining (7 unit) allocation got filled within a matter of few weeks. I feel ford wants to clear all the 2023 orders before 2024 order banks open.
