DDM TUNING HID problem

I got my HID kit from them for Christmas I got the 5000k 55watt hi low kit with the mounts and harness. I installed the kit and everything worked great and then I come home last night turn my truck off and e light won't turn off I flicked from hi to low a couple times and they would shut off for a couple seconds and then turn back on. So I just took the relay out and tried to call DDM but had no luck. Has anyone else had this problem or have any suggestions. I'm thinking I just need a new relay.

My DDM lights have worked flawlessly since I got them.

Yeah I think I just got a bad relay so I'm gonna replace that and see how it goes but other than that I love them.
