If it does, the lidocaine will seem like kids stuff compared to a debriedment. There are also some NASTY forms of bacteria out there today. Keep it clean and hope you get well soon.

Hope you heal up fast, Power tools gone wrong hapens to so many people it seems we all know some one who lost a finger in a snow blower or to a power tool. I cut my leg with a chain saw all the way to the bone with in one month of buying it thinking I was an axe man in my back yard. I still use my chain saw but now I wear chaps,a little late but untill you have an injury you never think about geting hurt.

holy sht man all things considered it seems you guys got really lucky.....im envisioning the guy getting out of his camry seeing you with a bloody rag on, and your wife passed out behind the wheel with the engine red lining .If i was him damage or no ild say good day an get the *** out of there lol .......also The best advice i can give you having had a few run ins with power tools,an stupid drunk nights myself an been on the losing end .....see a plastic surgeon not for vanity purposes but they usually are the best for stuff like that special when potentially dealing with nerve damage.......long story short when i was 21 i may have tried to open a beer bottle with my hand the not so intelligent way got a 3 inch gash in my hand an a 2 inch gash that went to the bone, i went to the dr 2 days later when i realized it wouldnt heal on its on ,an they refered me to a plastic suergon. They said i had potential nerve damage the guy was a god send he basically saved my hand an stitched it up perfectly......i was told a regular dr wouldn't have see what he did an i would have lost some functionality in it without being properly corrected. ....i hope you a speedy recovery man take it easy, an you got a pretty awesome wife that risked passing out behind the wheel to get you to a hospital thats pretty awesome of her . Get better soon man an good luck with everything

No offense Jarrett, but I laughed when I read your story because, you see, my wife does the exact same thing when she sees blood. Our kids know they have to find Dad when they're bleeding cause their Mom will turn white as a ghost and pass out if she sees it.
