That is the frustrating part. You know they troll this site and yet refuse to comment to their customers. I for one have purchased my last Rigid light. I like the product and have been pleased with the operation, however when they start ignoring the customers request for information that tells me volumes on their true commitment to customer service. A good company with a good product that ignores the customer soon is no longer selling sought after products.
