No it won’t, but in OP’s defense, I personally don’t think an additional 1” of ride height will cause the cv boot to go either. Excessive lift, absolutely. Otherwise they usually go out from heat or age.
We can all have personal opinions/speculation on what mods may or may not cause an issue. But we aren’t the manufacturer that spent hundreds of millions of dollars to develop and test the design, and we’re certainly aren’t the ones paying the bill for warranty.
Simply put, manufacturers warrant what they engineer, test, and build; it’s not the manufacturer’s responsibility to cover failures attributed to modification that are outside of the factory specifications, nor should it be.
In this case OP lifted his truck, which causes the CV axle angles to be outside of the factory specifications that they were designed for. OP is responsible for the cost to repair it, not the manufacturer.
