Here's the dovetail with the SVC Mojave bumper.

2.5 inches on the rear height
9.5 or 8 " down to the crease (pics 2 and 3). I think you'd just aim your tapeline to wherever you like it most.

Well, I slipped this build to this Spring! So it's almost time. Does anyone (NEX?) have any dimensions for drain holes to support 3.5 bypasses in the bed? It looks straightforward, but I don't want to end up with too big of holes in the wheel wells.

I'll take some measurements after the sun comes up today.

20" back from the front of the bed for the back cut.



8" back from the front.



3" from the wheel well.



Give yourself some space around the bypass rack.



Call SVC. I believe they can give you better measurements.

My rpg bypass rack is out for powdercoat.. good time for cut pics




It seems the shops usually cut straight up the wheel well to that small indented area instead of the 45 cut I made..

The shock will be furthest to the rear when compressed .. kinda swings from front to back as suspension is drooped to smashed...

the big takeaway should be to make sure you go about 1.5in behind that crossmember across the floor, and watch the fuel filler tube to the front..

that indent im talking about is your rear target, and the raised rib on the floor is the inward target..

i need to trim a littlle more on my passenger side floor rib as i see a mark on a bypass tube from rubbing...
