I wanted to post my experience with this clown's customer service. I purchased a set of his caps last fall, looked great fit nicely and was happy. I took my truck in last week to have the wheels/tires balanced. When I picked it up the shop was concerned with the corrosion on the caps. I sent vince a email asking what his warranty was, with a picture of the corrosion. I was told that it's typical, water will cause the corrosion on the caps and my leafs. I have attached pics of both my leafs and the caps and his great response when I asked what his warranty is.
The bottom line is you don't stand behind your product. You sent a silly email that did nothing more then give myself and others a good laugh. I simply sent you a email asking what the warranty is, obviously there is none. I do live where rust happens, my truck does see water, etc. My suggestion is hit the inside of the caps with a light bead of grease if you live where it rains or snows or if you wash your truck with water.LOL i knew you'd post that being a *** that you are. why not post all of the emails. like the one where i tried to explain the iron hub of the raptor that rusts on every one of our trucks causes corrosion on the back of the cap and the wheels. totally un noticeable but for some reason you felt i owed you a new set. i nicely explained why it happened and why you wouldn't be getting a new set. and after a set of retarded emails (including pictures of everything except the rusted iron hub) from you i finally had enough. better yet tell everyone how you live in michigan but your truck has never seen snow or water,,,,,and you can't understand why rust happens. sorry fella, can't hold your hand.

Sorry if i wasted your buddies time. Just wanted to share my great experience with your customer service.
Hahahahaha......that's the bottom line? No the bottom line is like I said before you sir are a retard.
And if any of my other gloriously happy customers ever have the powder coat magically peel of the face of your caps and start miraculously rusting 6061 marine grade aluminum for no apparent reason please contact me and I'll get you recoated , another set, or a refund!
Sorry again you feel entitled like a freshly graduated millennial with 5 degrees who can't find a job. The world doesn't owe you anything jack!
And to quote you the retard......be......"Cool!"[/QUOT
Since you are providing lunch entertainment and laughs for my coworkers I will give you 30 more seconds of my time.
Once again since you are having a hard time understanding, I asked about your warranty, that's it. I did not need a story just a simple answer. That is when I got your silly response that I posted to show how simple you really are, good luck selling your caps.
