Creaking sound from leaf springs

I’ve been hearing this little creaking sound every time I get in/out of the truck. I then realized if I rock the truck from side to side while parked it also makes the sound. I haven’t noticed it while driving. It seems like it’s coming from the leaf springs and it’s most obvious on the driver’s side.

Just wondering if others have noticed this and if there are certain joints I need to lubricate to get rid of this sound? If so, what’s the best lubricant to use?

Mine does it. It didn't do it the 1 time I took it to the dealer for other service. Doesn't really bother me too much. I will lube up the springs when I can't take it anymore.

Ya mine used to do that also, just hit all the spring with some lube. I used boeshield

Mine does it, especially shaking it side to side. I back into my driveway and if I listen closely I could hear it. Bugged me enough to take it dealer...while later got it back. They packed the leaf springs full of grease sound gone. When it starts making the sounds again gonna do it my self, heard just to jack it up from the hitch to expose areas between springs. Heard Lucas red and tacky is what to use.

Yup. Mine started at about 4k miles. Either I've gotten use to it or the exhaust is drowning it or it's getting better because I don't notice much at almost 12k.

It is the rear leaf springs, common problem with F150s. Dealer can replace under warranty 3yr/36k

Try having the dealer to replace the springs or the inserts between them. Mine use to squeak extremely bad. The first time the dealer lubed them which worked for a couple weeks. 2nd time they replaced the inserts between them and ~9 mos later they are still quite.
