If Ford cant get you a replacement Ive had good luck finding automotive connectors at mouser.com.

You can repair it with a new Motorcraft pigtail. The part number is WPT-1492.

Once you have the new pigtail, you can either cut the wires and solder it in, or de-pin the wires from the new pigtail and then re-pin it with your existing wires.

Does Ford have a specific tool removing the pins properly??? Sometime pin extraction can be finicky depending on the manufacturer.
