See Ive never owned anything but extended cab trucks, so anything full 4 door is an improvement. After each truck I said I’d never do scab again…and then I do.

Got the 2013 Tacoma for free though so I guess I can’t complain. It had 246k miles and was submerged in a hurricane and had a salvage title.

Lol sorry, meant 2013. They put 239k of those miles on before 2017. I was just asking if I could do a 2013/14 radio in my 2010. Any idea if I could do that?
no. different wiring, different data. would cost you way too much to even try. go get an aftermarket radio. pioneer and alpine make an 8in radio. metra specifically makes an 8in dash ki for the pioneer.

What about the 2010-12 nav radio? If I found one of those would it plug and play? I’m just avoiding aftermarket radios after bad experiences and they’re also more expensive than a used nav radio.

you cant put an oem nav radio into a non nav truck. well not cheaply anyways. trying to do that is not feasable not worth the money spent. adding a 12-14 year old sync 1 system isnt a good idea in general. then the gps antenna, wire harnesses that arent there, you have programming needed that ford has to do, its just not worth the time and effort
