I'm running 37s with zero rubbing with a 2.5" front kit and a 1" taller block in the rear. I was almost afraid to even post the pic because the purist get their undies in a bunch when alter anything suspension wise and use the welfare lift kits :) or when you have the audacity to run 20" wheels. In my humble opinion the stock Gen2 suspension blows in comparison to the stock suspension on my Gen137s.jpeg :)

Looks great, man. I have the same suspension setup with no rubbing either.

It all depends if you want to actually use your truck off road.

If you just want a pavement princess no problem at all. If you actually want to abuse your truck in the dirt stick with 35s. I have 35s with geiser springs camburg UCA's and out back Deaver +3 with RPG bump stops and love the combo and still can a$$ haul in the desert. I wouldnt run 37s unless I had +2 fenders.... youll destroy your stock fenders for sure

front.jpg side.jpg thumbnail.jpg thumbnail.jpg I'll jump in here. I didn't put 37s on to be a pavement princess. I put them on for 2 reasons: traction and looks. I use mine offroad, but NOT in the desert jumping. I use it on the beach, in deep soft sand, where the 37s have a larger linear footprint and never need to be aired down, and in the hunting fields in GA, where you can run into soupy red clay mud after a rain. After having to be pulled out of a mud hole (by an old beater with mud tires) when I was running 35 inch KO2s, I decided to never run anything but big MT tires.

Awesome looking truck!. The only off-roading either of my Raptors has ever seen is the dirt road on the way into the MX track when I go racing every weekend ... :)

I have 37s on method beadlocks and they do rub, even with trimming and Geiser springs. McNeil glass getting painted this weekend. I also have +3 deavers and rpg drop shackles out back. Please don’t put 20” wheels on a raptor!!!!!!2D516075-BF50-4540-8EA4-67619D1C8083.jpeg

A couple of things to consider. You are running Cobb stage 1 and evolving to a stage 2. Obviously for increased performance. Have you considered the impact these larger tires are going to have on that performance?

Second, the offset of the wheel will play into it. That has already been mentioned.

Third I would just ask yourself what you are really going for. I have changed quite a bit on my truck and if I had to do it over again, there’s definitely things I would have left alone or done differently. There is a raptor group locally in my area full of awesome guys who would have let me check out their vehicles before I’d made my decisions. Perhaps there’s such a thing near you? Because I’m in agreement with a lot of the folks here, no way the leveled 38 raptor bro isn’t rubbing on that setup unless he has done some cutting...maybe lots of cutting. Good luck with the setup

I have Cobb stage 2 with a custom goose tune with method beadlocks and Mickey Thompson mtz p3 tires 37”. My truck rips!!! Yes, less wheel and tire weight would be noticeable.
