Im thinking about doing a false bottom to my center console. I have any idea of how i want to do it but not sure what material i should do for the false bottom. I have seen Lexan and some similar products but like to have a gray sheet of plastic that close to the type that comes in the interior around a 1/4 inch thick or maybe 3/8 inch thick. Any suggestions where i could find something like that??

Same here. I can't find a holster that fits my gun and would work in that spot. Plus I'm not in VA anymore where that's not big deal. In Indiana, since I still have my VA permit, I have to abide by the permit I have. Meaning, since it states concealed it has to be concealed. IN permits just state right to carry.

Posted this over on the F150forum in December. This is a reversible mod (no drilling, etc) to mount a Blackhawk serpa holster in the center console.

Not only did my Kahr PM9 fit the factory pocket perfectly, it also looks like it is part of the console itself.
