Normal. Sounds just like my '19. All Turbocharged Direct Injection engines will sound similar on a cold start. It's part of the cold start strategy that is designed to light off the catalysts and enter closed loop operation as quickly as possible. This includes elevated idle, retarded ignition timing, camshaft timing adjustments, and increased throttle angle. The High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) is also much more audible at elevated idle.
