Cold or blazing hot air

It’s freezing here in Dallas. Took the truck w the fam to Plano and was messing with the heat…anything above like 67 blows blazing hot. There is no nice warmish air. Saw a YouTube w some guy (gears and gadgets) that had this issue w his Lariat. Anyone having this issue???

Gears and gadgets had one vent blazing hot and another one not so much. Is that what yours was doing?
