Cobb Accessport Tuner V3 w/TCM

I have a Cobb Accessport with TCM ready to go. It’s been uninstalled and ready to use. There are a few Goosetuned tunes on there but I am not sure they can still be used again. Asking 900 shipped.

Pretty sure the tunes, including the TCM are locked to the vin, so they’re useless. I’m willing to pay $400.
