Thanks. I love it too. Doing some mods now and will post pics laterNice truck BTW same color as mine.
I just went and checked mine. I see the piece you are talking about, but when I place the chassis ears on the coil spring like I did in the 2 videos I posted a few weeks ago and I make that piece around the steering rack clunk, nothing is picked up in the chassis ears.Ok guys, take it easy on me, I don’t consider myself an expert in Raptors by any means, (it’s my first) and almost everything I know about it is from this forum, thank you all. Today I decided to check out my babies underbelly for loose stuff ( wiring, hanging sound insulation etc ). Everything looked good until I got to the front wheel neighborhood. There is plastic part ( part # ML 34-10C792-AC ) hanging completely loose between the steering rod and front right wheel drive shaft. I hope I can upload the video. Then I checked the left side and found the same condition ( different plastic part # and shape) but almost same sound. So the first one I secured with a plastic zip tie, on the second one I used some hard foam pieces .View attachment 358241View attachment 358242View attachment 358243View attachment 358247View attachment 358248View attachment 358248for some reason I can’t upload the video with the clunking sound, ill try later, sorry
Looks like a oil drain gutter. Does that plastic seem to lineup with the little square opening on the skid plate?View attachment 358253
View attachment 358253This is the edited shortened video but I think you can hear the “ clunking “ sound
Give it a few weeks... It will start.no clunk here. 5/5/22 build date. It drives like a truck. sounds like a truck. feels like a truck.
Nothing in the system yet.
