There is NO fix. It’s been going on for years (2019 at least). You either clunk or your don’t.

I have a gen3 order/allocation and will test drive it over train tracks and pot holes to verify before I pay. It’s very easy to identify with windows down.
I did exactly that on my second gen 3, rock solid on the test drive. clunking started to happen about 500 miles in.

I picked up my Gen3 last week with 4 miles on the Odometer. Right out of the gate, it has a clunking noise in the front suspension. One of those clunks that is loudest when going over small un-leved road under 40MPH. Sounds like sway bar end links, shock mounts or ball joints. It happens in all three suspension modes and all four steering modes. Dealer said they didnt have another one to drive and compare it to so just to drive it and see if it gets worse. I put 1,000 miles on it in a week as I had two trips planned. Its has gotten slight worse over 1000 miles. I dropped it off at the dealer today. They said it may just be designed this way but they are going to put electronic ears on each suspension part and drive it to determine where the noise is originating. Anyone else have this problem or am I the only lucky one?
My gen 3 clunks from the rear. Dealer told me shocks were bad and that ford told them not to replace as they are working with fox for a solution. No timeline on when so I guess we live with our very expensive trucks clunking for now

I have the issue too. Front end clunk over small bumps. Started about 500-1000miles. I drove a ‘22 at Raptor Assault and it was solid. No clunk. I hit 500 miles on it though so it’s still fresh. Love my truck except this. Dealer 2x now “normal”. Looking forward to a fix being posted here.

I hate that you guys are still dealing with this. Reaffirms my decision to get rid of my 2021 back in December. Don't miss it at all. That clunk was beyond annoying and had not had it on any of my previous Raptors. I hope they find your solution quick.
On another note, this continues to prove D-i-c-k Spangler is an idiot.

I guess I'm not sure what happened, but mine is totally gone. Up to about 1000 miles I noticed it, and after that nothing.... Ford does state in the owners manual to disregard funny suspension noises until after 1000 miles. Not sure...
