This was my initial thought too, but I took this video and while it makes the clink sound, the wastegate doesn’t seem to really have an issue.It's probably the waste gate valve on your turbos. It's a common "issue".

I sent the video to a tech at the dealer and he said he thinks it’s the starter, but wouldn’t that mean it happens every time? Right now it only happens after the truck has been sitting for like 4+ hours.Sounds like the starter disengaging from the flex plate.
You ever find the issue? LolI also captured this today which makes me think it could be something in the muffler because it clinks at the same time you see the muffler move. Idk haha
Nope. I was told it happens on fords all the time. They showed me an old F150 that did the same thing. This was after I had the starter replaced, so who knows!You ever find the issue? Lol
