I say you can try to find a specialty shop that does it and buy some from them . Googling "Vinyl car wrap" or something like that will get you in the right direction

i know the carcooning this they did a lot of in dubai when i lived there
a lot of flat black and then some gold and silver wraps
saw a ferrarri 599 wrapped in gold. it was pretty crazy

A friend of mine has a white Raptor with a clear Bra and he had the hood covered with Flat Black. It looks a lot like the new hood option for the 2011, without the logo. I have not covered my Raptor, but have a clear bra on my Ford GT, it has been a savior several times.
