Guys I need a photo shop guru(or 6.2) to help a poor photo shop skill deprived individual

We gotta have a photoshop Guru here. We should be able to make a program that allows you to grab a color from any picture and drop it in.

I have a couple of colors that I am dying to see on the truck.
