Cholla Canyon - Eldorado Wilderness

I’m trying to get get a few Trails in before another surgery next week on my knee
I grabbed the Vicious Hounds and headed out to Cholla Canyon in the Eldorado Mountains.
The Cholla’s (Teddybear Cactus) are Beautiful, almost inviting you to pet them, They are also rumored to be the “Jumping Cactus“ get to close and them Jump onto you with their Nasty Azzz barbs!
This area used to be one of the largest Gold producing parts of the country.
