Chicagoland Shop Day/Perch Party

It would be bout a 3hr drive for me to get down there as Im up near Greenbay, but Ive been looking into doin the mid perch in my garage. If you guys set it up, October 7th (saturday) would be best as My wife and I are goin to Hawaii on the 18th for our honeymoon. The 100 bucks may be a bit steep to run by her especially driving that far to do it, but Ill c what I can do and keep an eye on this thread for updates. I also wanted to get the meet n greet last weekend but had family stuff come up that weekend

Sunday October 7th would work for me. Saturdays are booked through November with my sons football games. If I can't make it this time I'll catch you all the next time.

Just keep in mind. If we do this on a Sunday it will have to be at Shooter's place. The Shop is open Saturday, but not Sundays.

Thanks, yea we got married back in may. I actually live in appleton/menasha area. what company is it? If yer up this way we could hookup sometime n shoot the chit? And yes I meant the 6th, thats what I get for not lookin at the calendar

Hey guys sounds like this is a go. I would say the 6th is good for me. Never know what the wife has planned. If we need to rent anything let me know. I will try to set it up. And we can all chip in for the food and drinks. Thanks to all for the efforts to set this up. I need to learn this stuff so I appreciate it. And welcome to the op from Green Bay. I send the final proposal to Craig this morning to lock in pricing and the shop for Oct 6, 1st job to start at 8:30 AM.

Knowing he will look for a number commitment, I proposed the following.

5 trucks or more = $100 per
4 trucks = $125 per
3 trucks = $150 per

Keep in mind, they wil provide shop, 2 lifts, all required tools and labor. I will buy the pizza and pop for everyone.

That being said, lets start a commitment list and install order:

1) Shooter
2) Big Blue
3) Badger
4) Tommyboy
5) Rated SVT
6) PWJSTRUEBIG

Also, if you guys want. We can meet at On The Border (Where we had our 1st meet) at 8AM and then we can caravan over together so you dont have to worry about directions. The shop is only 5-10 minutes from On the Border.

You guys should get your mid perch done on Saturday then come out to silver lake dunes on Sunday or late Saturday.
