I was actually pretty disappointed i dont know if its where it was but its looked like a basic truck sitting super low. Im thinking its the base raptor but it made really consider thinking about the trx. The Ford guy didnt know anything he said it was a 37 inch package which is def not.

Just got back from the show and all I can say is WOW, the new Raptor is amazing. When you get your new Raptor make sure you put a towel in it to wipe the drool marks off of it. Ford did an amazing job on fit, finish, styling and everything else. The TRX can’t even hold a candle to it. When the “R” comes out Dodge might as well go back to making the Valient

On that note.. when do official publication reviews typically come out? With production (allegedly) underway, I'd have thought we'd see some by now.

I was at the Chicago Auto Show yesterday and saw and sat in the Gen 3 truck. At first I thought the truck was black, but up close it was very dark blue with a lot of metal flake (Antimatter Blue). The area was also dimly lit, so that it probably why it looked darker.
I only took a few pictures of it since there was quite a crowd around it when I tried to look at it up close. Also, the drivers seat was much softer than I expected and very comfortable.

That part of the hood is black plastic and I think it just looks odd because of the reflections from the lights
