Check this out!! Add a dipstick from B&M

I posted a threat regarding my transmission failure last week. I wish I had a way to check the level and color of the fluid but there is no easily accessible dipstick, also I would like the option to add fluid if I have a leak especially if I’m out in a remote area and I have this issue again.

I found a add a dipstick from B&M:

Pretty cool. These instructions would have to be modified a bit for a Gen1 because I think the clearance between the pan and the exhaust is tighter; Trying to swap out the old dipstick with the new one while the truck was running would most certainly lead to charred knuckles.
