So i just received my ngauge tuner from MPT, anyways i have some questions before proceeding.
Should i get any software updates done to the PCM before the tune. I would like to stay away from the stealership after tuning if at all possible for obvious reasons. (how do i know if any updates are needed?)
Should i disable any Forescan changes I made? for example auto start/stop before installing the tune.
Wish me luck, I've had the dreaded timing chain rattle in my 2012 f150 before but YOLO!
