Nice I love mods like that. How thick was that steel you used to back up the bumper?

The steel was either 3/16 or 1/4, I used carriage bolts (for a clean look) through the top and then large washers on the backside of the bumper. I fastened it with 3 bolts because I didn't want any movement. I hope that answers the question.

Thanks that's good info! Nice job looks really clean.

I had to wipe some of the dirt off so you could see. The roads are a mess here this week.
I meant to take pics when I made it but I wasn't sure my idea was going to work out and forgot.
I used a jig saw with a metal blade to cut the shape and then used the grinder to smooth it out and round the edge. If you do this mod make sure you sand EVERYTHING off the metal before you paint and prime it. The stuff on the piece of metal from Lowes didn't get along very well with the spray paint. I had to sand it to bare metal and then prime and paint it. The only issue is that the front plate bracket will not fit back on. I plan on a hidden winch and will mount the license plate to that.

Nice work, Jerb...if I may add one piece of constructive criticism, I think it would look a little more proportional if you had the larger diameter lights in the middle and the smaller diameter lights mounted on the outer ends of the bar.

I tried it that way too. To me (and the wife) it looks a little better this way. From the front it looked ok but I thought it looked funny from the side because the bracket follows the curve bumper. So the bigger lights stuck out kind of far. Like I said, I plan on 2 more of the large and using the small ones for backup lights.
