Forgive my lack of knowledge about this subject. I’ve never played with offset.

Is there a method for reducing offset (making wheels stuck out further) when using the stock pseudo-beadlock wheels?

I have a 2018 I purchased in December and am almost due for new tires.

Going to go with Toyo ATIII 35’s and if I can easily make the change I like the look. (Because this truck isn’t wide enough as it is. LOL)

Also what are the pros and cons of reducing the offset like that?

Thanks in advance.

Some suspension upgrades require different offset wheels.

If you go with a wheel change, I'd suggest a zero offset.

Adding more negative offset can introduce rubbing on the fenders (dependent on a lot of things, not always the case).
Also can add more strain the drivetrain components, but could be negligiable, i read this all the time, but dont hear much of people having issues.
Could get some vibration at speed and lose some turning radius.

Spacers will be fine (if you get good hubcentric ones from a reputable brand) and mostly drive on the street. I ran them on my ranger tremor, torqued to spec, checked after a short drive, 100miles, next oil change, not a single one was out of torque spec. Granted i didnt heavily offroad, just some small trails and dirt road fun here and there. I know others have offroaded with them with no issues, what issues you will usually find is people not checking them often, or not running hubcentric.

However, i wouldnt if you did plan on offroading or dont want to go through the trouble of checking them often. I did the same as you cause i loved the stock raptor wheels that came on the tremor, but just wanted more poke, but i hated worrying about them constantly.

Ok… so I happened upon a company called Bora. They make wheel spacers for many different vehicles; many different sizes (thicknesses).

Their setup is not the typical “slap on between your wheel and hub” setup. This is important because the less thread protrusion there is for the lug to get a hold the more dangerous this get.

That’s where this design is cool. So, it “bolts” on to your hub (Apply anti-seize to back of spacer/ front of hub. Do not apply anti-seize to lugs/ lugnuts). Then the wheel gets bolted on to it. You torque it down the to the same spec as the wheel per manufacturer’s recommendation. After the first 500mi. you re-torque. That’s it.

I got a set earlier this year, and love them. Make my truck look much better than the factory positive offset. Slight negative offset has always looked better to me; more aggressive.

The pic from the driver’s side rear is before; passenger side rear is after. Really love how the new stance hides my step.

I know it’s not a Raptor, but you get the idea.

I would have no problem using good quality hub centric wheel spacers/adapters on an off road rig or a race car, and have from time to time in both applications. If they’re good quality and installed correctly, it’s a stronger setup than the junk Chinese wheels many people run.
