They changed mine from 12/5 to 12/12 with a new delivery of 12/26. I have mixed hope. On order is a loaded silver screw. I just hope my pent up stoke doesn't turn my first weekend outing into a 4x4 ***** film.

At least 2 other guys have posted up they were bumped from build weeks of 12/12 to 12/19 as well. Seems like quite a few are getting the same shift.

Just called SVT.. and my build date was bumped again. Was 12/5, then 12/12, now 12/14-19 (got a range this time), and delivery date moved from 12/26 to 1/2. My confidence is really low.. and those Chevy's are starting to grow on me.. what is happening here. I ordered on 9/12 and it's looking like it will be 4 months! Been a Ford owner for 15yrs, but this is leaving a bad taste, at least for the order/SVT/build process.

Usually this time of the plants go down to a single shift when they normally have 3 shifts. That is why everyones orders are being pushed back. Its nothing to be concerned about.

About the no VIN comment... One thing I learned is that the VIN link that folks have been sending around does not actually indicate if you have a VIN or not. It shows that I don't have a VIN too, but when I called the dealership I did indeed have a VIN and called SVT to verify. SVT guys are a little cranky about the VIN links people have been using because they aren't accurate...sorry if this is a repeat. My internet connection seems to make this forum site super slow and its hard to read through discussions.
