does this plug have power ON all the time whether the truck is On or Off?

does the power ever Time-Out and shut Off?

I don't think the center console socket has constant power in my 14. The one on the dash does though.

That is just me being paranoid about draining the battery

I have my dual usb cell phone plug.....plugged in that power socket
