So there is a Government required speed governor in Canada? Never knew that. I just sold an 06 GTO for a downpayment on my Raptor (if my Raptor ever shows up). I missed it almost immediatley, I just really needed a truck. With bolt ons and a good dyno tune it made close to 400 rwhp and it was fast as a bastard....

Don't feel too bad. My '09 G8 GXP left a week or so ago. It made 440/454 at the wheels. It was a very quick sedan. I'm not missing it terribly... yet.

Lol. Thanks. My misery is coming primarily from the fact that I'm still Raptor-less at the moment. I sold a Yukon and my gto expecting a 2/28 raptor delivery and my truck is still sitting at dearborn "awaiting shipment".

No most of the driving is pretty flat all the way across Iowa on I80. I was drafting with Semis at times.

I never get the mileage YOU guys do, I was tickled pink Sat, with 14.5 highway cruise set at 75.

I got 19 mpg driving 70 mph. I'm driving back tomorrow in performance so I will let you know how it goes.

19mpg with the 87 Eco tune, or 87 performance tune?

personally, I odn't believe it with either tune, lol.... my 87 performance tune over 400 flat miles turned up a 14.5 mpg.

I have a few extra things The lighter wheels help and the bakflip helps too. Like I said I was fallowing Semis pretty close a lot of the drive.

Oh and my truck has 13k miles on it so my motor might be more broke in. It was on 91 economy tune if that matters too.
