My third son Kevin does the 3M film. Hood and rear was easy but fenders take lot of time. You have to be very careful to make sure the pattern in the same angle from side view. There are two films available the flat or the gloss that look very similar to the truck hood above.

there is a new pressed carbon looking film on the market that would look wayyyyyy better than the CF pieces pictured in this thread. It would be a hell of a lot less expensive too.

that and no one will have an aneurysm if the film gets messed up.

let me just tell you about the first time I noticed a spider in my CF bedside...

(hint: I freaked out less when I curbed a wheel in my old 458 Italia.)

Ohh boy.....hahaha.
I'm not sure what I want to see more, the CF crack or the Italia!
