Didn't he say to return your defective one and he'd send you a refund? How is that a doushe bag? I've bought stuff from them multiple times over the years and never an issue.
Cause I dont want a refund, I want what I paid for, which is why I told him I wanted a replacement "D" in the first place. Why should I have to package his crap back up, take it to the post office in order to get a tracking number to prove I mailed it back, when the fault is his 100%. In a business where customer service matters, your not measured by how many times you perform well, you are measured by how you handle the problems. If you read through his negative feedbacks, he clearly does not have any customer service skills. He never takes responsibility and blames the customer in every situation. Furthermore, based on some of the comments he made to me via email.....He is a fking D bag.
