If you are referring to the Pro Power Onboard package(2KW), it is a stand alone option. You must have the 801A to order it, but it is an extra cost option...$995.00

I placed an order for a 22 Raptor today. I was sent the build sheet by the dealer. In handwriting it says: Power Tech Package part of 801A on 22 Raptor.

I placed an order for a 22 Raptor today. I was sent the build sheet by the dealer. In handwriting it says: Power Tech Package part of 801A on 22 Raptor.

It may say it in handwriting, but the order guide says otherwise, if it is referring to the Pro Power Onboard, it is an extra cost option. I have attached the relevant page from the order guide highlighting what is included in 801A and showing the Pro Power as optional (extra cost) on 801A.

For MY22 Power Tech (tailgate and step) and moonroof are being offered together in an "optional" Package. Pro Power Onboard is also a separate optional package. As for the carbon fiber it's hard to tell. The blue interior package says "unique door and dash appliqué finish" which I believe includes carbon fiber but is not necessarily the same as the standalone Carbon Fiber Package that is not available with the Blue interior package.
