the amp should stay cool enough, but ask tbone. he would tell me right away if its overheating. but there is enough space to allow for heat dissapation. there is no grill over the woofer, however since the seat can no longer fold up, there isnt really a reason to have the grill on there. also, with the 8w3 it didnt fit...... i had to take it off to allow the woofer to fit in the space.

Would the seat still fold up in a SCREW? What is keeping it from folding up?

the pivot point in the scabs is different fom the pivot point in the crew cabs. the seat will still fold up in the crews.

Would this be even the same box for the screws though?

nope. they are different. the crew boxes wont need such tight tolerances. and the footprint is a bit different.
