GEN 2 Camera issue in 2017 Raptor

Hey guys I have an issue with my 2017 camera front and back. I used forscan to re calibrate, it has gotten worse since the sync upgrade (still sync 3) and funny thing is ford website says I have an update ready but the truck won’t take it. Not sure if my APIM is going bad? Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Are you doing the 360 camera alignment procedure? It requires special mats placed in very specific positions to successfully calibrate the system.

It was
doing this prior to me “calibrating” the system. Maybe I made it worse. What is my call to action here? Dealer? Or a way to fix it? I was
going to try and upgrade sync one more
time to see if that fixed anything.

It looks like the camera may be bad, but it really should be diagnosed to verify it’s not a circuit issue. It’s not likely the APIM, as the zoom and check surroundings message are clearly displayed on the screen. You can try to update Sync, but the software updates typically resolve intermittent issues, not a hard fault with the camera image.

I updated sync successfully, camera worked for a bit, then failed again. not sure next steps...

Do you have e ForScan? You’ll need to pull DTCs to find out what’s going on

code B1530 trailer aid camera angle detection

alignment or adjustment incorrect

also to note my TPMS Sensors are throwing a code. I disabled the feature. Outside of that no Other DTC’s
