Camera button not working

Good day to all , has any one encountered the issue when pressing the camera button when parked or when driving it does nothing . Like when the truck is parked it should open the front face camera buts its not doing anything .Plus when i reverse i just get a full reverse camera not the 360 cam on the side like before , If anyone has any insight it would be appreciated.

Hey man, hope all is well. I know this is super frustrating, but I can break down what I went through the first thing I would do is to take it to your dealer and let them see if a simple software update of the modules will fix the issue which it might, after that if that doesn’t work, they will probably try to replace the camera module system. If that doesn’t work they’ll replace the front camera. If that doesn’t work they will replace the wiring harness . after all that they will do a full calibration, a full reset of the modules and it should be working. however, people have also encountered the side of your mirror camera not working as well which nine times out of 10 the coaxial cable inside the mirror gets pinched from the folding mechanism of the mirrors so the only way to get that fixed is to replace the entire mirror.
