Cam phasers?

Had mine replaced last week. Is it the same crap parts or revised parts ?

Assuming the repair was done per the latest TSB...then the revised cam phasers would have been installed. Take a look at your hard copy of the RO. The latest part numbers of the updated cam phasers end in CD.

@FordTechOne As others have said, you're a really excellent resource here and we're all better off for your insider perspective. That said, can you possibly enlighten me? I've searched the forum and done lots of clicking and can't figure it out on my own... My build date is June 2019 for my 2019 Truck. I'm trying to figure out if I need to worry about this Cam Phaser shenanigans that seems to get everyone all worked up. What say you? Am I safe? Can you clarify what build dates are covered by the TSB that's mentioned elsewhere?

I'm anxious to feel better about my choices as I'm doing some mods that are likely to void my Powertrain Warranty early next month.

I'm not stressing out because of this issue. It's just going to be a factor in me keeping the vehicle or not. This is a forum and, as such, people have an ability to voice themselves and gather information from others. I guess not from your stronghold in the ford world.
