Cam Phasers Again?

Had the cam phasers replaced on my 2017 about a year ago. Starting to hear the rattle again on cold startups. I’ve seen that this may possibly be taken care of with a software upgrade? Has anyone else on here had this issue? Looks like it’s going back in to the shop again. This will be the fifth time I’ll be without my truck for a day or two in the 5 years I’ve owned it. I assume this will be covered under warranty. Really glad I opted for the 8yr/100k extended warranty. Pushing 92k miles now.

Did you have recall 21B10 completed? That’s the new software to prevent the issue from reoccurring.

My FordPass ap shows only the vaguest of service descriptions. Pretty much worthless from what I’m seeing. I guess I’ll be calling the dealer
