Any one have tried installing Injen PF9015WB for PF Cold Air Intake 15-20 Ford F-150/Raptor -3.5/2.7L EcoBoost on a 22 raptor? it says 17-20 raptor and this my first raptor so wondering if it will fit?
I did, works fine!

I installed the cobb CAI from my 2020 Raptor today and it fits great. As mentioned the o2 sensor is a little short but I removed from the filter box and works.

Do you like Cobb Cai? is sound different? I plan to buy cobb cai with iat harness. is it work the 02 sensor harness without cut/extra wire etc?

Mustlistenfc you can heard a little more turbo whistle but not a big difference, I think was louder on my gen 2. I didn’t have to cut the wires, I removed from the intake box, pulled the more I could and reattached with a zip tie. For gen 3 Cobb probably relocate the O2 sensor port.

Anyone else find it weird, such as with the S&B, that they have you install a CCV insert into the vent line? Is that normal for boosted applications?

Has anyone noticed the weak link being the stock intake post intercooler and tune? As boost curve is increased by tuner is there an opportunity for a more open intake? Or is stock still have a bit more ceiling and is adequate even with tuners adding more boost? @GooseTuned

I used your post for reference and bought the cobb intake. However my IAT wire harness is about 1-2" short of the sensor location after removing it from the airbox. I'll be running an IAT harness extension from AFE and see if that works.

Update: The IAT harness works perfectly. No cels

Installed an S & B Unit on my ‘19. Intake funnel seems to be slightly larger than Factory Unit. Big difference is that rather than making a 90 degree downturn, a 90 degree toward the firewall and then back up to the flat panel filter, air goes directly into the conical filter. Definitely a shorter more direct path to the larger filter. I went with the dry filter. Install was straight forward and took about an hour. Had extension wire for IAT Sensor which worked perfectly. No CEL or issues of any kind. Changes in performance? None that I can really put my finger on. Slightly more intake noise at WOT. Looks good, fits well, always have a visual on filter condition. Live in NW Florida and get a lot of rain. No water issues and have driven in 20 degree humid weather with no issues. I’m satisfied with the S & B Unit.
