FYI you can remove and replace the cabin air filter without taking anything apart. Open the glove box and release the latches.

You can bend the filter out and get the new one in. Not too hard. Saves a ton of time!

You can also go in through the front under the hood/airbox with no interior clips, etc., to worry about.

I was just checking out the K & N website. I haven't changed my cabin air filter yet but I will probable use this filter. It looks like you can clean and reuse it.

https://www.knfilters.com/search/appsearch.aspx?type=all&year=2017&make=FORD&model=F150 Raptor&engine=3.5L

This page is interesting. The cold air intake that they sell reminds me of the one that I have from Roush. I just pull it off once in a while and use compressed air to clean it. It looks like they also sell a filter for the stock intake that is reusable that probably works just as well.

Those oil filters look awesome!! I am still using the FL500S and have switched over to mobile 1 full synthetic but it is such pain in the ass to get at the filter. I can't get my filter wrench up in there. I will pay the extra $8 just for that 1 inch nut one the front.

So after a closer look they sell a billet aluminum REUSABLE OIL FILTER for $250 on this page. I must admit that I have never heard of this. Does anyone know if this is a good idea or a bad one? I may have to start a new thread on this to get some opinions.

There's another company out there selling the reusable metal oil filters too. Lots of guys with high dollar race engines use them since the are easy to take apart and inspect. They work fine, it's just a matter of it taking about 150,000+ miles to recoup the cost.
