Buying a Raptor

I'm in the market to buy a 2011 raptor super crew and wondering what's the best way to go about it. Do I go to my dealer and order what I want or search all over hell and creation to find one and ship it to me. Obvously $$$ is the key factor. Got any ideas? I want everything , black, no grafx.

I think you should use the search function or browse the site. This is probably the most discussed topic when it comes to the Raptor.

You'll probably be able to work the best deal if you order one. Around 3-4k under MSRP is considered a good deal. You can try to contact Randy (HARLEY6LF250SDU) on here, he sells to our members at 3k below sticker

Buying off the lot will be the most expensive but quickest method. Ordering will be the least expensive but long (3 months) wait.

Not really. I got a killer deal on my trade, they sold me the Raptor at A-plan AND took about $1,500 off that.

Ya just gotta be at the right place at the right time with the right people.

I used the American Express Car buying service. Ordered mine for almost off MSRP.

i talked to one guy so far at a dealer who said no i can't get one for under sticker.... told him Randy's deal and he told me to take it then. jerk.... i have to let my dad talk to his people or ill never hear the end of it, but i have a feeling ill be giving Randy a call next week.

got mine off the lot in June 2010. Back when they weren't dealing these at all. Sticker was $45,850. We paid that after taxes and everything so OTD. But, they bumped the trade value up $4000 over blue book private party value! So overall we got a great deal, especially being on the lot.
