I bought a 2019 Raptor 801a package back in September (19) and this manual climate control is driving me insane! I bought a different climate control bezel HC3T-18E245-BCE (From a 2018 Lariat f350) for shi an giggles, well, the Auto Climate control works. I just don't know what exact temperature I'm at. I'm hoping to fix that with Forscan, should be coming in tomorrow. I am loosing my heated seats though, biggest draw back. I figure I'll use Auto Climate Control 12 months of the year and heated seats only a few months here in Nebraska. I've been scouring the internet to find the right Forscan values to add the Climate tab on the sync 3 and also add the cabin temperatures.

I looked into adding cooled seats a couple years ago before I ordered my truck. There was a thread on the F150 forums where a guy did it. It’s pretty elaborate process with a lot more parts than you would expect.

i just bought a 12v fan, for a lexus seat cooling system, and thats my plan, install, and see if it can throw cool air up the back of the seat.

You may need to add a cabin temperature sensor. I tried switching the manual climate controls to auto on my last Jeep, and it quickly became very cost prohibitive. I was able to make the dials work properly, but the auto function also required a cabin temp sensor as well as several duct temperature sensors that the computer needed to see in order for the system to regulate the temp properly.

Your Electronic Manual Temperature Control (EMTC) system will not have the passenger side temperature door actuator, passenger side register air discharge temperature sensor, nor a passenger side footwell air discharge temperature sensor. The part numbers for the climate control housing are completely different as well; there are more many more differences between the two systems than just the Front Control Interface Module (FCIM). Not sure if the harness plugs is the same between the two systems, but typically it is not. Also, PMI needs to be successfully executed on the FCIM in order to allow for it to function properly. As with most modules on newer vehicles, it is not plug-and-play.
