If you want a clean and more "conservative" look (if you can even consider any aftermarket bumper for the raptor conservative) that blends perfectly with factory lines, with fit and finish to match, then check out the SVC Baja front bumper.

This bumper will add virtually zero length to your truck, if you include the Oem bumper's "bumperettes".

We can customize the light tabs for whatever light setup you would like, including adding some Fog lights in the outer sections.

Pictures are of my personal truck with the carbon fiber skid plate option, and 30" TMX Blackhawk lightbar.

If you have any questions, please feel free to shoot me a pm, I would be glad to help.

Road Armor Addition

I just got back my baby back from the Body Shop, with a new Road Armor Bumper.

First the pictures to let you see...please give me your impressions.

I wanted a conservative look to complement the Raptor design, while not going overboard. In addition I wanted a winch. Also I did not want to cut the frame or remove the factory hooks. There were many choices out there, but this one seemed to meet my needs.

I did run into several problems. Mostly due to distributors and not the originating company, who was very helpful. But getting all the parts was a pain. (i.e. ordering 2 sets of "dually" light is four lights, not two). Argh!

The Road Armor pictures were very impressive on their website. But I did not see the added length. Not really that much, but I did seek a conservative look.
In addition, the use of the factor hooks in their bumper really impressed me. But as you can see from the picture, they are useless unless I cut a major portion of the bumper away. The winch hook can't clip on.

Then there is the winch, which the bumper was designed for. However, needed work. The winch and mount could only be done by disassembly of the winch. Note in the picture, the release is inward, not up. Despite the exact model, mods are needed.

Overall I am pleased, but to be honest, I would have gone with Haynes Offroad. The only reason I didn't was because it required cutting the frame. As it turned out, the frame was bent in the "accident", and needed fixing. If I knew that, I would have gone with Haynes.

Little bulky/boxy looking to me so not my thing but if are happy then that is all that matters. And for the hooks, get some soft shackles so you don't have to tweak it

For a winch, I would have gone with the ADD Venom.

I did cut mine and ended up getting the SVC Baja the brand that Haynes sells.

I'm with @RDFTS. Not really feeling it. Reminds me of something I had on my Jeep. But it's your raptor. I'm glad you enjoy it! Keep on modding
